Resonant Painting Co. is a one-person painting business in Medford, Massachusetts. This page explains what I collect through this site and what I do with it.

What the estimate form collects

When you ask for an estimate, I collect your name, phone number, email address, the address of the job, and what you tell me about the space. If you came from my move-in postcard, the form also asks a few questions about the rooms and your timing. I use this to contact you and prepare your quote, and to keep a record of the job if we work together. If you reached the site from one of my flyers, signs or postcards, I also note which one, so I know what’s working.

Google Analytics

I use Google Analytics, which sets cookies, to understand how people find and use this site: which pages get visited and how visitors arrived. It doesn’t receive your name, phone number, email, address, or anything you type into the form. You can block it in your browser’s privacy settings or with an ad blocker, and the site will work the same.

I don’t sell your information

I don’t sell or rent personal information to anyone, and I don’t use it for advertising.

Who else handles it

I use a few business providers to run the work. Google (Firebase) stores form submissions and job records. Emails go through Resend, and text messages go through Quo, my business phone line. If you choose to pay by card, Stripe handles the payment, and I never see your card number. These providers handle your information only so I can reach you and do the job.

Deleting your information

Email me at paint@resonantpainting.co and I’ll delete your information. The one exception is records from a job we did together, like invoices and receipts, which I have to keep for taxes.
